 Can somebody help me with this problem about my laptop? My parents bought me a laptop last week and the problem is that I can't see my movies or tv series that I've downloaded from internet. With the Windows Media Reproducer( I'm not sure what's is name in english) it has sound but no image, and with the Quick Play the laptop has, I don't get video nor sound. I don't think it's just my laptop because I've tried my dvds on another laptop bought a few months ago and it didn't work either. Windows doesn't come with a reliable DVD viewer.
